Thanks for all the well wishes guys & gals... I appreciate it. My free time will be focused on my family, loved ones and passions in life.

I feel that drama is not the things that happen but how one responds to the things that happen. 98.9% of the time, I wouldn't say this site is all that dramatic to me. However, sometimes the people here respond in dramatic ways to simple issues. I've counseled more than my share of ladies and gentlemen via email and phone to help them to resolve their conflicts and prevent others from ever seeing the light of day. I hope I have done this in as consistent and fair manner as possible.

I have had a couple of people reach out to inquire about becoming a moderator, and have been doing some research on my fellow members here to see who would be a good fit as a moderator. So far, I've sent the owners/admins 3 names to look into as possibilities. Should they accept, I will be training them in the ins and outs of the site behind the scenes as best I can.
