At first, he wouldn't give me his email address, so I gave him mine first.....he said the email address I gave him was a bad email address and doesn't belong to me....if it wasn't my email address, then he could have emailed his contact information and I never would have got it, but he didn't email it.....you decide....

Gentrification has been going on for 30 years in some of the (former) bad parts of Manhattan. It isn't all improved, but a lot of it is, including larges swathes of Harlem.

When young, white yuppies start moving back into an area, you know things have changed in that area.
