If, and it is a big IF, Adam Schiff testifies, all he has to do is what Robert Meuller did. Just tell the Senate that he will not deviate from what is in the report to impeach. But except, in this case, it is not up to the POTUS controlled DOJ to dismiss the findings, it's up to the POTUS controlled Senate to disregard their duty.

Atkinson will have to admit he changed the rules for what is considered an urgent concern. which goes directly to Schiff's Intel committee. why hasn't Schiff released his testimony?


it draws a direct line from the patsy to Schiff is why. it also ruins the narrative that Barr and Maguire "colluded" to prevent the complaint from being sent to Congress. the initial complaint was rejected because it was second hand. the rules were changed to allow it.


both Schiff and Atkinson have confirmed their actions and contact. the whistle blower's bias was also withheld from Maguire.
