So cowgirl contact administration at websupport@eccie.net and explain to them you don't have the email address anymore they will work with you to prove it's you and you can reactivate your previous handle with the reviews.

You don't have a showcase because account is disabled.
You'll have to ask staff if reactivating brings your original showcase back.

The merging of the two profiles should have been requested by now in modtardville. You have to wait for the administrators to get to you. You have to remember that you are not the only person who they are helping.

It's not that there are more important things to work on. They just tackle requests as they come in, and there are just a handful of administrators. Your request should be in their queue. When they get to your request, someone will notify you.
