In my 3rd (there's only 3 babe ;-)) trimester with my 2nd child. I just ended up bending over 2 pillows to support my stomach and doing it doggie style on the edge of the bed. It's important not to gain more weight than your "supposed" to so sex was still easy for me However, I think too much sex and semen brought me into labor sooner than we'd planned...
