Prosecutors are no better than their investigators and witnesses.
Special prosecutors do have "other cases" to handle, but they can devote more attention to the "special case" for which they are tasked to prosecute.
As long as these guys follow their announced principles an appropriate result will occur, so long as the appellate courts agree with the application of the facts to the law. That has seemed to be "an issue" with some of these "political convictions." And rightfully so.

The Texas Rangers were the investigative agency. So, there's that....
And, as I understand it, the number 1 witness, at least in relation to one of the charges, will be Paxton himself since he has already admitted the violation to investigators. He mistakenly believed there was no criminal liability and agreed to the civil fine.

There's what?
They put their boots on just like you slip on sandals.
One foot at a time.
One segment on here is trashing a trooper and at the same time singing the praises of the Texas Rangers .... I guess it just depends on one's "agenda"!
Where are the Feds on this one?

I am starting to see a pattern here.
As in if a Conservative gets charged he is innocent until proven guilty, then if he is pardoned its like it never happened. But Obama is guilty of everything he is accused of and even when it gets thrown out of court he is still guilty. I pretty much knew that was the case when Cruz is eligible to run and Obama is not.
Crybabies!

Or Holder over the death of the Border Patrol Officer in the" Fast and Furious " gun running fiasco. Or Shrillary over "What difference does it make" Benghazi and the gun running to "moderate" muzzies in the middle east ? The libs consider themselves above the law, and so far they have been.

If they had anything, they would have charged them. Eight committees found nothing on benghazi. NOTHING.

You pretty much the nail on the head. A conservative gets a break, Obama gets roasted on the spit, regardless.

That's pretty easy to say when court issued and congressional issued subpoenas for EVERYTHING related to Benghazi are ignored and computer systems are used outside of the government network for information storage and e-mails and the hard drive gets destroyed right before a legal requirement for information goes to your honey Shrillary. And how the State Department continues to stone wall after all this time. If there's nothing there, why are you libs holding back on the info ? Keep drinking that koolaid and being their rainbow thong and rainbow boa wearing cheerleader you cum guzzler ! You're REALLY going to like Shrillary after she testifies in front of Trey Gowdy in October. She'll have her ass torn up about as much as you do in an hour down at Talleywackers !! You two can have something ELSE in common ! That's in addition to being lying liberals with a haughty disregard for the law and the opinion that you liberals have ALL of the answers and HATE anyone that challenges you. And that you both are over weight, wear tent material for clothing and have been rejected multiple times by your "INsignifiCUNT" others ! Maybe you can loan her your rainbow boa to "change up" her wardrobe !

That often happens when emails are deleted and the truth ...
.. really doesn't make any difference ....
.. to some people, even if they do want to be President.
