Grand St is more downtown and is a bit sketchy. Colonie St is just north of downtown and has a number of large APH sites. I would feel reasonably comfortable in any of those.

Agree with Tom Crane, but would add that would be far more comfortable daytime as opposed to at night in either area.

"A bit sketchy"? Have you ever driven down grande when the weather is nice and everyone out?... espesially the corner of grande and madison.. i'm in good shape and can hold my own.. but even i would avoid dealing with anyone in that area.. makes no difference night or day or that the police station is right next door.. it's irrelevant to what goes on there..and i can't say specifically what goes on there cuz i've already been warned on certain topics and trying to stay within the rules here..lol there's just other options without the unnecessary risk.. of course just IMO.. we can agree to disagree.. all good..lol

I agree with both gents: I would avoid Grand St altogether and I would avoid Colonie St at night.


I was trying to be brief in my initial reply, but should have said "very sketchy". In retrospect, I should be careful to not give a false sense of security/safety for the sake of being brief. Please don't slap me.

Same for a lot of people. Years ago when Sara summers was first starting out I didn't hear back for almost 2 months and doubted she was even real. The first ever reports on her seemed to Good to be true. But then fast forward and I felt like such a jackals once she explained everything to me. She also informed me plenty of people who don't even post on these boards were calling her to trying to set up appointments, not just us.
