Oh please. Point me to information that documents widespread voter fraud.

"...problem for some candidates." Like it would be for woomby / undercunt / rustballoon knot with all his multiple votes for himself in the poll on "Who likes the asshat woomby" .

I'll say what I've always said. The GOP voter suppression laws are despicable and designed to circumvent the Constitution in order to suppress the votes of folks who traditionally support Democrats.

Unfortunately for the judge who wrote the opinion, it will now go up on appeal to the 5th Circuit....who will reverse it.
First, I will admit that I didn't even read the OP. Why waste my time if he won't even put in his two cents worth. However, have you forgotton the democratic poll taxes, polling tests, and Jim Crow laws?

You've obviously forgotten that those were when the democratic party was conservative. Democrats weren't always liberal and republicans weren't always conservative. You must have context when looking at things.

So..it only counts if its "widespread"? Not if it happens at all?

Ok.. now SHOW ME where there is ANY "wide spread" number of voters prevented from casting a ballot by voter ID laws.

Or can you just claim it happens without evidence and we should believe you?

Is REQUIRING a VOTER to prove they are alive and the person registered on the roll before they vote also "un-American'?

you are not familiar with the burden of proof, obviously. If you're going to enact voter ID laws to combat fraud, the burden of proof is on you to prove fraud in the first place. Nice try.

I provided PROOF of voter fraud. If you are going to claim Voter ID laws causes suppression, the burden of proof is on YOU to prove suppression.

NICE TRY!!

Negative. You did not prove widespread voter fraud. And the ID laws are being called for BECAUSE of fraud. So the burden of proof is still on you.

Just like you did not prove WIDESPREAD VOTER SUPPRESSION.

Care to try again? In fact.. there are studies showing that the minority turn out WENT UP after voter ID was implemented. Did you know that or did you need me to SHOW IT TO YOU via links yet again?

So.. what's the minimum acceptable amount of voter fraud WOMBY? 5? 50? 500? 5000? 5 million? How much?

And how much "voter suppression" is allowable?

Widespread fraud. And no suppression should be 'allowable'.

So is it your admission that "Fraud is allowable'.. so long as it isn't "widespread".. with you and the Dems defining what "widespread' is?
