You've just identified exactly the way Odumbo pushed through OdumboCare, and why the House has become and remained Republican through two election cycles now. Almost 50% -- 49.7% -- of the people voted against what Odumbo is offering. Note: Odumbo's 2008 7% margin of victory was down considerably this time around.
