The problem with this bill is that it's too vague and can be applied to more than just kindergarten through third grade.
Here is the language
Lines 97-101: Classroom instruction by school personnel or third parties on sexual orientation or gender identity may not occur in kindergarten through grade 3 or in a manner that is not age appropriate or developmentally appropriate for students in accordance with state standards.
It says "or" in a manner that is not age appropriate. If they have fixed the language to only apply from kindergarten to third grade I would not see a problem with this bill. But with the vague language here they could apply whatever state standards they want to any student in the state including college students if they deem it "appropriate" to do so.
This is the passage that caused the liberals to call it the "don't say gay bill". This is a badly written trans-phobic law that's going to be either abused and or declared unconstitutional.

trans-phobic eh? so you endorse the teaching of gay sexuality to kids? this woke nonsense has no business being taught at any grade below college. these woke teachers are pushing their queer as fuck agenda on kids who aren't mature enough to objectively understand sexuality.
these woke idiots are getting fired across the nation even if fagtard kalifornica as they should be.
this woke cunt had her students reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to gaytard pride flags. FIRED!

Can you name a single Democrat who has said they would vote for the bill if the "OR" was taken out and only applied to 1st through 3rd grade? You must know that isn't true.
Did you see the story about the teacher who went on TikTok to laugh at the fact that she removed the American flag from her class room and told her students that if they want to pledge intelligence to a flag, they could do it to the rainbow flag in the corner of the room.
California teacher Kristin Pitzen was removed from teaching in her classroom as an investigation begins into a viral TikTok video where she joked about telling a student to pledging allegiance to a LGBTQ Pride flag rather than to the American flag.
Annette Franco, a spokesperson for the Newport-Mesa Unified School District, told the Orange County Register: "Showing respect for our nation's flag is an important value that we instill in our students and an expectation of our employees. The teacher is no longer in the classroom. We follow due process and our investigation continues." This is what Democrats have brought us and we have to put an end to this bullshit.

they're not gonna fire her, they'll just stick her in the break room with other teacher troublemakers.
