I did porn for 6 years and never made that much money. I made much more money providing. There's one porn producer in Durham, NC that is paying girls only $100 a scene. If I ever start modeling again, I will not work for some low end production company that either doesn't pay or pays very little.

Being a legitimate porn star is really not that difficult if you are a woman. No matter your size, flaws, age, or limits there is an agency for you. The pay ranges from 350 to 2500 depending what you are willing to do in the scene, what company is producing the movie, have you been in movies before, ect.

I have worked with bang bro's and I thought it prudent to state they are not in texas they are in Florida and quite easy to contact should anyone desire to work for them.

Once it is out there it never goes away. Ever.

I do not regret the movies or magazines I was in, however I would not repeat the process for all of the money in the world. Just like accepting a date from a client, the movies harbored many personality types. Some of the actors/producers were cocky, arrogant, mean, aggressive. Others were gentle, kind, thoughtful and professional. UNLIKE accepting a client, the 350 dollar pay for a movie could take as short as an hour or as long as 8 hours. You are fully expected to fulfill your end of the contract no matter what the circumstances.

The softcore movie I did took over 14 hours to do. This is actually considered short shooting time for a soft core with a script.

IF you decide to allow a client to video tape your session remember this, unless you sign a waver (a model release) it is illegal for him to post or advertise the video. He can, don't get me wrong. You have to be willing to take legal action to have it removed or to sue him if you do not wish it publicized. If you decide to sign a model release be sure to read it. Some model releases express sole rights to the video meaning you can never have it taken down nor can you use it yourself.

Alternately you can print out legalized documents (or have a lawyer do it, far better for a lawyer to handle this than a simple google search and print) that you have the client sign stating the video is for personal use only. This disallows him the ability to publish without extreme fault. It also allows you to retain full intellectual rights of the movie itself.
