When did he’s too old, dumb, and senile become a legitimate excuse to not prosecute someone? I guess that it COULD be legitimate, an Alzheimer’s patient does something that he doesn’t realize is wrong, but this is a guy supposedly in charge of the most powerful nation there’s ever been. I don’t lack compassion for old people, quite the opposite, but Hur’s conclusion to not charge him because he’s brain dead is a bit of a head scratcher.

It appears that you have no actual argument, so just plug your ears and bleat like a grade schooler.
