@COG, where in Obamas Signing Statement does he assert that he can hold Americans indefinrtly under NDAA??

I am going to do something rarely seen on this site. I am going to admit I made a mistake. When I first read it, I thought the President directly addressed the issue, as I review it, it is clear he danced around it. However, I stand by my interpretation, which is shared by many others whom I have already posted, including the ACLU.

I regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Carry on.

Found it. It was in the statement the President made when he signed the signing statement. Again, sorry for the confusion. Here is the statement about the statement.

Was just curious do you ever have any original thoughts? Or just threads to someone else.

The Business Insider also thinks the NDAA is a very bad idea.

I hope Allen West is right, but I don't think he is. This is serious.

Our brothers across the pond seem a bit taken aback by the NDAA as well.

Stevie is the only liberal to respond, and just had to make himself look stupid. No liberals want to defend the NDAA apparently. Just ignore it, and hope that Obama doesn't use it against you. It may not be Obama, but if left unchanged, someone will use it against you. They always do.
