Had some doctors nearly kill a friend and convince him he was suffering from all kinds of things including Parkinson's and Alzheimer's, and as it turns out, he actually wasn't. sigh

Increase Testosterone - I get the feeling that vitamin D is even more important than many realize. For myself, I can tell a huge difference in my physical health when I have spent time in the sun. I understand cancer, blah blah blah, but it seems to me the multitude of health risks by not getting sun, far outweigh the chances of getting skin cancer. All good things in moderation, right?
Essential oils - If you have any of the symptoms created by low level testosterone, try essential oils before you try more aggressive solutions.
Diffuse the following oils:
clary sage, gerannium, and/or sandalwood
Apply Idaho blue spruce oil to the lower back twice a day: use 2 drops of oil diluted with enough carrier oils (coconut oil, olive oil) to spread it on the entire lower back.
The secret is consistency: continue doing this long term, not just for a few days. If possible also stay in the sun 15 to 25 minutes a day, as vitamin D has been proven to increase testosterone levels.
(it's not conventional, however essential oils have been used for centuries and I did some research on our senses and our olfactory senses are pretty amazing. You might also research Yoga breathing exercises which could be helpful)
