Purchasing a review discredits it, IMO. They should be unsolicited, honest accounts of an event and shouldn't be purchased by the girls, much less requested... and it's definitely not cool to badger a man to produce one.

I would suggest omitting them or honor the special after the review is written.

When gents don't follow through, annually it may cost you hundreds. Secondly it's not fair to those that recognize etiquette, respect and courtesy, and pay your full rate, or write a review.

That may be good advice going forward for the girls--to be clear, I've never asked for or negotiated a review special; I've only taken advantage of it if posted in an ad or showcase. However, when I see a discount offered for whatever reason I'm probably going to take advantage of it. I will try to hold up my end of the bargain if it involves a timely review.

That's true- I've seen many of the girls from both CC's and DRs, as well as a lot of indies. I won't discuss the business arrangements here except to say that when I've been given the opportunity to do a review special I've always posted a timely and unbiased review.

Offering a review special has worked out well for me so far. Perhaps send a gentle reminder. If someone knows they aren't going to write a review, they should pay your full rate instead of taking advantage of you offering a review special.
