Who cares to infiniti, this is not a hobby related topic where I can get useful information related to the hobby. This is a discussion that should be in sand box, you know non hobby related. There are far too many of these threads being allowed and not put in proper section. Too bad a thread on taking alcohol shots and having a session would have been more thought provoking and entertaining. We never hear enough of those stories. This coming from a non drinker but the stories would still be interesting.
Carry on, don't expect to see any more responses from me on the topic.

Personally speaking, I get tired of the kindergarden playground attitude around here. Taking shots and attacks ... it's all immature bs! Adults should act like adults period. Hiding behind a keyboard is just cowardly. For me words are just words ... actions speak the real truth. Choosing to NOT "take a shot" or "attack" someone is an action that speaks volumes about a persons character. Just my opinion.

Who Takes the most shots at other Posters??

Who has the most cleaver responses to Attacks??

What is it that really gets under your skin by what someone says here in the community?

Are you someone that takes things personally when someone attacks you on the board?

Do you have members in your hate column just by what is said on here?

Feel free to defend yourself within in the rules of course and to defend your cause as well..

atxrefman - perfect! The sandbox does indeed fit! After all, that is where children play.

It would appear the overall consensus is "Useless thread" or "Nobody gives a fk" except for the one or two who actually gave the types of answers you seek on this questionnaire which is far better suited for a Jr. High cheerleader forum.

Thus why I found it hard to believe any mod would actually suggest posting it.

If it is so useless than why did you feel the need to jump on it so fast and post?? Why did you not just simply ignore it...

What I do not take well is threats.
Threats? Alrighty then. I haven't hit the ignore button since the days of Humpty. It's about time again. Sorry I hit the quote button before you edited the bizarre random comment out.
That's the problem with Charlie Sheen type rants. Sometimes they can't be unprinted.

Once again you shouldn't take board response personally. If 9/10 people say the thread is a waste then learn from that, laugh it off and post better threads in the future. Don't pull a LL type rant thus making matters worse.

I think the question itself suggests a level of emotional investment into the "community" that simply does not exist for more than a small handful of people - not that there's anything wrong with that. It also seems to acknowledge that "shots and clever responses" are somehow part of what this board is meant to be about which is probably a minority opinion.

I believe that hundreds, even thousands find the board interesting, useful and often entertaining (including the shots and responses...sometimes)...but not important on a personal/social level.

That's why most of your responses, even from regular posters, are in the vein of "huh? what?"

CB for a useless thread you sure do feel the need to click on it a bunch...

The best ignore button is to not click on the thread.. It is so easy even a cave man can to do it!

Clearly wasted energy. I tried to help this guy but to no avail. Sometimes a ball is just gonna roll downhill no matter what you put in front of it.

Irishlad, I would have to say that is the best way to respond to this so far.

I think some of that stuff is entertaining, but a lot of getting bent out of shape for nothing goes on around here. I have noticed two groups that do the same thing over and over to each other. I will admit I have been sucked in to that debacle on occasion.

I think a good idea is every time a cock fight breaks out lets put up something about what this board is really for... Maybe like to discuss a new position from Kama Sutra or best technique for DATY.

It's a symptom of the times, just look at all the reality show trash on television. I blame Jerry Springer, he's the guy who made bad behavior in public fashionable.
