We now know that operatives at the CIA located nearby were in contact with the White House begging to be allowed to intervene. They were told to stand down THREE TIMES! Still, two brave Seals went anyway, knowing they had no support, because duty trumped politics. They lost their lives doing the right thing.
This Commander in Chief is unworthy of the title. He is a reprehensible, little man. He is in way over his head, and needs to be replaced. If the American people re-elect him after this, and all his other lies, it will prove we are no longer America.

Security in Libya should have been increased -- not decreased -- given the crescendo of violence against the consulate in Libya leading up the infamous anniversary of 9/11. That is/was an administration failure.
The "blame it on the video" excuse was bogus from the moment the White House started using it. The video trailer was posted on the internet in July. Islamic agitators conspired to use the video to infuriate Muslims on the anniversary of 9/11; hence, none of the protests were spontaneous incidents. To claim otherwise is/was an administration lie.
But the real tell is Odumbo got on Air Force One and flew off to Las Vegas for a fund raiser after watching -- on live video and hearing their pleas for help -- four Americans get killed, because of his political ineptness. That decision to fly to Vegas is/was beyond callous.

You and 90%of the righties in here are so unbelievably stupid! The reason both the Seals and the CIA AND the ambassador were told not to intervene was they well severely outnumbered and would have had to breach the attackers to gain entry to help anyone inside.
No wonder the right cannot go through 10 or more presidential wannabes and find even one with the brains of the current Commander in Chief! What was left over after all those debates was a vacillating perennial presidential candidate that simply takes polls and reacts with the most popular policy for that poll.
And before you regurgitate that Obama should have had more security CRAP, you'd best shame the Teapublicans who voted down the security budgets for ALL the embassies.

It was a bi-partisan bill, so that's a BS argument you're advancing, Little Blind Boy. Furthermore, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Charlene Lamb was pointedly asked: "Was the refusal to provide more security caused by budget cuts to embassy security?" Lamb answered: “No, sir.”
