I disagree. If a CBJ is all a provider offers, then it can be good if the provider is good at BJ's. A BJ can only be as good as the mouth giving it, whether is covered or not. I've had some CBJ's that were better than some BBBJ's. In my reviews, I spoke of almost busting instantly from a CBJ once.
