8.NATIONAL INCOME—grew by100% more under Clinton.
9.PERSONAL INCOME—Grew by 110% more under Clinton.

As a Federalist, I am ok with the states having the freedom to decide those kinds of government services.

Massachusetts plan got matching funds from the Federal Government and only was meant to insure 8% of the states population.. Obamacare is funded solely by the tax payer.
