There is technique to it, just like everything else(and some risk.) for some interesting pleasure. And the lady needs to be sure about her boundaries for "no" if it gets to rough, or that it's going to be accidentally on purpose bbfs---even when she is clearly not ok with it. It can create a lot of awkward wanna throatpunch situations that the lady would rather avoid.
