I just had an example of not great provider relations. Had a client ask for an appt. Client is a newbie but had a review of a well known provider but did the review the day before contacting me. I tell himit will take a little time to verify him. Client says "wanted right now and don't contact the provider that he reviewed. RED FLAGS EVERYWHERE. So I send a pm to the provider about the fishy situation and to please let me know if this guy is for real or not. Still haven't heard a thing back from the provider. Due to this I cannot trust the provider reviews or references now.

I believe we should stick together!!! We need to stop seeing each other as competition! I'm even a member of some provider only sites and some of us are very close! Besides, from my 19 yrs experience, I've never noticed a shortage of clients... There's plenty to go around. I think it's all about how mature the provider is...seems like the younger ones get most pissed off when I need a reference from them...
