I will tell you what should offend you more- find out how Christians are treated in arab countries- many of them won't allow Christians to have open Christmas celebrations. Also, do you know what happen if a muslim converts to Christianity or if a Christian is seen trying to convert a muslim? The answer is imprisonment or Death.

First of all this has nothing to do with Muslims or Buddhists or Hindus or atheists or the price of rice in China, this story is about Jews and Christians.

Considering this happened in the Jewish state of Israel against Christians and doesn't involve any Muslims whatsoever, it makes me wonder why you would even bring this up.

Stalin was responsible for somewhere between 20 and 60 million deaths, the vast majority of whom were killed for reasons other than whether they did or did not believe in deities. Purges, forced famines, forced relocations, etc. were the causes. An additional 20 million were killed during WWII.

Hitler killed about 11 million, a large number of whom were Jews. They were killed for "ethnic purity" reasons, not because of their religion.

There are plenty of examples of deaths because of religion as well, but the main mass murderers of the 20th century did it for other reasons.

More than 2 million Christians visited Israel during 2013, the last year numbers are available. If the Israeli Jews are mistreating them, they're doing a good job of hiding it.

With all of the attacks on Jews launched from the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, it is understandable that people in Santa Claus suits or burkas or whatever might be carefully scrutinized.

And what was your point bringing up the thread anyways? Ok- jews broke up a peaceful Christian demonstration- how does that compare to articles I can produce where Christians are threatened in much worst ways in muslim countries? Are Jews not discriminated against in "Christian" nations. Please tell us again the purpose or intent of this thread?

There are plenty of articles and Hollywood features that demonize Muslims, but the mainstream media outlets won't cover this or many other Israeli atrocities because of media bias.

That's why I made this thread, to show people a news story that 99% of people didn't hear about and can learn something from.

The media is full of antisemitism. Europeans are mostly antisemitic and all of the Middle East hate Israel. The Quran teaches that no country once controlled by Islam with remain in the hands of "infidels". The fact that Israel has existed since 1948 is intolerable to Muslims.

Muslims kill their own. Look what ISIS is doing in Iraq. Killing men and children and taking young women (some as young a 10) and using them as sex slaves. How do you demonize people like that?

The Quran teaches that Islam will take over the world. Non-believers will be allowed to live, as second class citizens, as long as they pay a "jizzy" or tax. After that time, they either convert or are to be killed.

Mohammed said, strike the necks (cut of their heads) Christians and Jews. He referred to them as monkeys and pigs. When Mohammed died, over 60,000 people renounced Islam and were killed.

These people are right out of the middle ages. This is the religion that you defend.

True but Putin claims to be a Christian and the Chinese are becoming tolerant of different religions. The 94 million that died as a result of communism (1900 to 2000) weren't killed over religious beliefs. Most were starved.
