Go on and debate the pro's & con's of SC/Hobby meshing/blurring of the lines. I think it's too much attention on the hobby scene as a whole due to the more stringent rules at the clubs for behavior, but if you think it strengthens our world as a whole, do tell your side of the story.

Bear in mind: Longevity in the marketplace. Who's gonna stick around to be your loyal lady in waiting? A fly by night dancer or a hooker w/ a heart of gold? hmmmm

i think part of the SC intrest, stems from a mans natural enjoyment in 'the hunt' ....not to be confused with 'cunt'. (not being deragatory here ppl....this is taken from another thread ) and in the hobby...that has just as much place as....say.... picking one out of your fav showcases.

I don't really think all the Austin guys are interested in strippers... It's just that the stripper fans appear to be more vocal than the rest of us. Several guys I know don't really care for the stripper drama or the hunt.... or spending their days/evenings hanging out with strippers. Most guys I know just want to find a girl with the right looks/service/price... stop in, chat a few minutes, fuck, drop load, and head back home. I really don't have a problem with whispers (except for his super long thread titles) but I don't think he speaks for the majority of guys on the board.

Pay for Play is Play for Pay, I think it's just opening up your mind to what others might enjoy, even if it's not of interest to you or concerns you. I'm not saying you have to take an interest in it or participate, but let's not start start petitions to shut down gay clubs or XXX stores because we may not be gay or into porn.
