You have seen her entire package and you know what she needs to bring to a meeting to be safe,satisfied and satisfying. You know your side of the biz better than we do and it sounds like you feel she can and wants to do a great job . My opinion would be to let her give a try. If it doesn't work out then it doesn't work out. Santa has Elves of all shapes ,sizes and abilities.What do the other Elves think?
