The question asked by the OP was how Trump has made MY life worse . . or better. The only thing mentioned in your post that remotely affects me is the economy, and if you give Trump credit for that you have to give Obama credit for the economy while he was in office.

Personally I'm no better or worse off, by his election. That's not why I think he's a horrible president, though. Mind you, I think no better of Hillary. Bernie was too to the left of both Hilary & Obama, also.



Trump campaigned on a few things, one, cheaper & more importantly, better health care coverage.

I could, like you, benefit from that.

I fear he will also sign any bill on health care frim congress, even if it's a bad one.

Thus far, and yes, I'm aware the game isn't over ye,he hasn't come through yet. Likewise on tax reform and trade. Again, there is still time. However I haven't seen any sign of progress.


So far with north korea, meeting crazy with crazy has worked. However it will work until it doesn't and I fear because of that, when it stops working we will be in a corner with only bad options left.


Drain the swamp? That really has not happened.

A 5 star marine general can't even fix the internal problems at the white house.


On the other hand, he may actually force some bipartisanship into congress again.

I don't feel bad at all. I knew back then as I know now that the election of Trump would have minimal impact on my personal life. He won't touch current recipients of social security. He won't touch medicare. He won't impact my other sources of income.

TrumpCare, if passed, will have minimal impact on my life. A tax break of about $1500 per year, as was outlined in his tax plan when he was a candidate, would be nice but I don't expect it.

As I keep saying, in 8 months in office President Trump has done almost nothing for the average man/woman in the country. He has an agenda but can't even get Republicans to support him. If and when Trump does something that affects me positively, I'll post on this forum my pleasure with him.
