Person B asks for same slot and I say no I’m
Not available. And then person A ncns. That means I’m out INCOME. That appointment could have gone to another person. I’m NOT high volume and two is my limit. Typically one ...So your slot means something.

So many hands on businesses request deposits. Not just hooks in upstate NY. I’m not ponying up any money that’s ridiculous. There was a trip to To Rochester that was shameful. I went with another provider and we didn’t take deposits. There we 13 cancellations and NCNS between us. And we realized that some of those gentlemen didn’t know we were together. And has booked both of us for the same time slots. And would ncns one girl and see the other. So that’s acceptable ?

Deposits. Which will be done for all new clients has been good for me. Many put down deposits Even after the first meeting. It establishes trust. I’m pretty trustworthy btw.

I want to mention this. One of the guys who complains about deposits. NCNS me. Waited a few days to apologize. Too bad heard he is real cute.

I have no problem giving deposits. I rarely cancel on anyone but when I have if it is my fault I send a donation or if it is someone I see regularly make it up in my next tip. I usually don't schedule a date unless I am relatively sure I can make it. Unfortunately I miss a lot of opportunities as most of the girls that visit are pre booked early on. . In my business I do get a lot of no shows. For the most part that is something we take in stride. But if I have to order parts for a customer that I know are none returnable I do inform them that if they cancel and do not reschedule I will bill the part to their credit card.

I didn't start requiring deposits until a few months ago. I don't require them for all appointments but in some cases they're necessary. Unfortunately a lot of men have gotten too comfortable disrespecting my time. Some upstate cities are notorious for NCNS, last minute cancellations, and booking then ghosting. I can't speak for other providers but I only require a small percentage up the deposit so it's not as if you're putting up "all that money" in advance. I mean, I'm not going to ruin my reputation to run off with a small sum of money.

Ultimately, I always rather accept cash only but again sometimes it's necessary to weed out the BS.

Many create deposit policies after personal experience. One bad Minneapolis trip 5 yrs ago birthed mine (I don't need something bad to happen more than once to learn my lesson). Fully pre-booked but within 2hrs of landing about 50% began creating excuses for not making their date lol. There are cliques in some cities who do this to try to send a girl into a scramble so she'll do some crazy blowout specials or something to get back business she lost (i'm hip).
More often than not when someone huffs and puffs about any kind of deposit are often the flaky indecisive type who are quick to ncns or cancel anyhow ("i'm sorry" doesn't pay for anything). I don't ask for some kind of deposit unless it's a private request or an outcall that requires 30mins or more one-way travel on my part or if it's a 3hr (or longer date). Cash is king but there are a lot of way to take deposits outside of messing my business Paypal or using Cashapp.

I agree with you somewhat that sucks when guys book both of you for the same time slot and then cancel on one then see the other. But I have had girls cancel my hh or hr date on me for a multi hr date . Not knowing us guys talk too
