.... be sure you use the "Bcc" field for your contacts and put your email address in the "To" address field. Doing that helps prevent accidental inclusion later. They'll probably open it since it says to "you" and that way the list is private only to you. You can also make your client list into several groups and put addresses into those groups as they apply to whatever filter you want it to have. Just be sure to add or delete members to any "group" you compile as things change with your individual clients in those groups.
