This shows at least in the USA, no one is above the law.

It is unfortunate others that have been indicted immediately distort facts by claiming the reason they have been indicted is a political witch hunt.
Here here, agree 100%!

But what about "the 2 tier justice system" that FOX news and other bullshit sites have been touting forever? What will they say when it's obvious that if you are doing crimes, you get treated like a criminal? Oh-- maybe this is just for show, so the conservatives are thrown off!??

I can hear the echo chamber chorus now!

It is unfortunate others that have been indicted immediately distort facts by claiming the reason they have been indicted is a political witch hunt. They complain the judicial system is crooked and fixed, and the judges corrupt. Some of them even go further and state groups or individuals are out to get them. Even going on social media.

It takes special people to attack the judicial system in the USA after they have been indicted. There are not many that would even consider doing that. Instead, they would have their day in court.

But we do have a two tier system. Hunter would have been let off with a slap on the wrist if Judge Maryellen Noreika hadn't refused to be "a rubber stamp."

What are the chances a Democrat AG in Delaware would bring charges against Hunter for evading state income taxes? Or how about the state of Georgia and Donald Trump? The state is run by reasonable-minded Republicans, but there's no way a Georgia Republican attorney general would bring charges against Trump for the electors or his perfect phone call with Brad Raffensperger.

Claus Von Bulow and O.J. Simpson got off because they could hire expensive legal teams. On the other hand, there are probably thousands of innocent Americans sitting in jail cells because they agreed to guilty pleas, because they couldn't afford to pay good lawyers for a defense.

Don't you be giving the DOJ a hard time. If anything at all you should be yelling at the former potus for not drawing up charges against Biden when the Big Cheato had the head of the DOJ, Solicitor General, multiple Supreme Court Justices, and a whole slew of Federal Judges in his back pocket.

I'm still glad we can say this is America, where cases like this can come to court and be ruled on what is presented there.

Too many lazy people who just want a court of public opinion.

... What a sad ABSOLUTE joke THAT is!

The FBI/DOJ surely HID anything about Hunter Biden
away from President Trump... 50-some past and present
members of US Intelligence swore that the Hunter laptop
was "Russian Dis-information" - you must have forgotten that.

... So Hunter will be facing tax charges.
Which then leaves Uncle Jim to go and talk to the
House Oversight Committee.

What's the joke? Your boy appointed/signed off on one of the biggest Judge roundups thanks to no-chin Mitch held back submitting them from the potus before donny. And alot of them are still there.

You can't stand the fact that donny fucked it up and didn't throw hillary, obama and joey behind bars when he had all the cards in his favour. Just like he had all the chess pieces strategically placed to make checkmate in Georgia. Must be a reason for it that lies in the land of reality, not *opinion*.

You are backing a loser. But the voters will choose. Go claim that million dollars and give it to donny so he can laugh at another chump giving him money. Too bad Hunny Bee never made his intentions about running for office else you would be correct.

Keep in mind guys, the failure to pay the taxes that Hunter is being charged with is a drop in the bucket compared to the millions owed that the Dirt Bag Prosecutor Weiss sat on for years and let the Statute of Limitations run out on.

Of course, all of this will come out in the upcoming Impeachment hearing on Ole Joe.

When's that going to happen, Jackie? I'll want to put a big X on my calendar.

Maybe you'll have enough time to provide some evidence, proof or substantiation for any of your claims. Maybe not.

Rock and roll!

... Wait! ... Hold onto the phone! ...
Prosecutour David Weiss may have MORE charges coming.

And new filing from Special Council Weiss on Thursday:

Hunter received over Three Million dollars ($3,000,000) from
Romanian partner Gabriel Popoviciu to "influence Government
agencies while Joe Biden was Vice President."

Wonder IF Hunter payed his taxes on this money?? ... $$$$

See? ... More revelations now that Joe is out of the race.

Looks like it.

Hunter Biden enters guilty plea in federal tax case, avoiding a trial.

Nope, I’m guessing some kind of minimal jail time in a club fed facility. Maybe a year or two.
