Abuse of office in unethical and unfair enrichment, obstruction of justice, not to mention 45's sketchy relationship with the truth. Equally, troubling are 45's financial conflicts of interest involving foreign nationals and entities from hostile countries. Without regard to political affiliation any official in high office who has conducted themselves as 45 has done in the last two years is deserving of an impeachment inquiry. To answer your question, the House should as part of the constitutional process publish articles of impeachment listing 45's transgressions.
The articles of impeachment or charges are the fruit of the impeachment inquiry and what I would consider the official start of the impeachment process by requiring the Senate to take action. On the other hand, I do not believe there are high hopes for a Republican controlled Senate to produce any findings of guilt for 45 in his Senate impeachment trial.
Even more awkward is the question of just how ligitimate 45's administration and political appointments are if it can be proven that 45 was install in office with the assistance of a hostile foreign nation. In my opinion 45's 2016 General Election win is the most sucessful hostile counter-intelligence initiative prosecuted against the US since the Ames or Walker spy cases. 45's General Election win will probable be autopsied via case study in the disciplines of business, history, sociology, political science as well as military science MEL 4 and above for decades to come.

Everything you say is based on opinion.
Since impeachment is a political process, opinion is a very valid point. The House can choose to impeach the President on nothing more than a majority of the members do not like the idea that he beat Hillary Clinton.
Of course, then it has to go to the actual trial in the Senate, where the facts come out. This is where the Democrat’s case falls apart.
And as a consequence, the Democrats and their Leadership will be shown to be the partisan political hacks that they are.

The "crimes" you failed to enumerate and attach to a specific law. Are those the crimes of which you speak? Did he think about jaywalking once or twice?

Fact-The US Constitution is the Supreme Law of the land. Impeachment is a Constitutional process and the only way to legally and constitutionally hold a sitting President accountable for misconduct be while in office. If I am not mistaken the impeachment trial for a sitting President can only be tried in the Senate and there is no Appeal process for impeachment of a sitting President. Since the House impeachment inquiry is already underway, this fact supports my position, rather than yours.
Opinion-I concur with "your" opinion to a certain extent as the actual vote in the Senate to impeach or acquit is more of a political"thing". In my opinion, most of these Senators who are old white authoritarian types are not likely to cowboy up and vote to impeach....even for the greater common good because what is good strategically for the nation in this instance is probably not good in the long or short term for their political careers.
Hence, unlike YOU, these Senators are not likely to vote against their own best interests. I predict the Senate will acquit 45 much like Clinton was acquitted in the late 90's with a similar undesirable outcome.

The Democrsts have turned a Constitutional function into a partisan witch-hunt.
The Senate will rectify this extreme miss use of a Constitutional Power.

Lol! Aye Right! I am not required by you or any other legal authority to produce charges against 45 aka Articles of Impeachment. This is the Constitutional function of the Impeachment Inquiry in the House. In this instance, Impeachment is for high crimes and misdemeanors. Exactly, which crimes and misdemeanors 45 is alleged to have committed will be specified in the Articles of Impeachment.
I may or may not have stated in this thread that the US Constitution is the Supreme Law and legal standard of this nation....Is it not? Impeachment is a Constitutional and political process. I suggest you read the US Constitution while you wait for Congress to do it's job.

I recommend you read the US Constitution if you have not done so already. It would be of great help to have knowledge of the US Constitution when speaking of Constitutional Powers or Constitutional Processes. I'm just saying.

Waco, you simply do not understand the NEOCON mind think.
We need to keep sending our young men and women to far away places so they can die in order to save the people in those places from themselves.
