Well, if you really think about it, BBBJ and DATY are also risks for both sides as those are unprotected services as well, and if you cum in the mouth of the other person. Genital to genital and genital to mouth contact can be construed as the same level of risk, save for the fact that you are BB penetrating with genital to mouth, so BBBJ and DATY may be a higher rise of spreading diseases (germs) than a SS which when done right, involves no actual penetration. Where does it stop? The hobby in and of itself is a risk and only you can determine what your limitations are and acceptable risks.
