Truthfully, Chizzy?
Biden effectively tamped down the defund the police garbage as well as the court-packing garbage on the left which was sorely needed.
He removed several EO's and stopped several efforts which were very detrimental to legal employment-based immigration which has been criminally under-focusrd on by priornadministration and removed fear from the system for employers about the H-1B shifting to a bidding war. That's a welcome change to employers who actually do follow the rules and use the program effectively to find specialized, highly qualified talent that is in short supply. Not all employers use that category to underpay and/or engage in body shopping.
His administration has put more emphasis on cybersecurity and hardening critical infrastructure. Not where I'd like it to be, by any means but forward progress.
There's more, but I'll leave it there for the moment.

... Nice of you to answer here, mate.
So I'm gonna be courtly as I review your thoughts.
Actually, it was the American people who put a STOP
to the "defund the police" idea... People started to
vote out the bludgers who favoured this movement.
And Dem politicians started to look at the polls.
Claiming that Biden was against the "defund" movement
is a huge stretch at best there, mate... Biden is
for "councilours" to intervene instead of police.
While Trump is for MORE police.
And the "court-packing" garbage?? ... The polls are what
put a stop to that - NOT Biden... And the simple fact
that Dems should get SCHELLACKED in the voting this year.
Surely wouldn't want a Republican congress and senate
decidin' to "pack the court" - would we? ...
I'll surely stop here... That's enough to chew on...
