Go take a walk through any small town in Tennessee, Mississippi, or Alabama. Those people don't even wear shoes. At least the people in South Chicago can somewhat spell, they have to in order to spray paint their gang/tag names on the side of buildings!!

i suspect the truth behind ta's map above - is the penetrance of good educational facilities - and stable living conditions in which to be educated.

More than any innate capability of the people's - particularly in relation to IQ tersts - which can be skewed towards those People's with good education/kliving standards.



considering what weingarten and the DPST Teacher's Unions are doing to education in america - we may soon be in the red with all our educated - it is already happening with the liberalization and cancel culture of most universities of America.

I've lived in a rural area in Arkansas. A town so small that it did not have a police station or any police patrolling anywhere even close to the town. It's not dangerous. There's nobody there. You should carry a gun to protect yourself from bears, but that's about it.

There is some crime in more populated towns (populations in the thousands), but I don't think it's comparable to Chicago. It's like someone stealing a four wheeler or trying to rob the local gas station. They have more of a prescription drug and meth problem than gang violence.

I definitely like Chicago more than those shit hole rural towns, but I would stay away from the southside.
