A few months ago, I had a vacancy that I wanted to be filled with a commercial building. I put an ad on Craigslist saying that I had a 2500sq ft commercial office space available, asking $500/month, it would be ideal for a massage parlor or hair salon.

Within two days I had received a dozen ads from 'girls' with nude selfies asking for dates. I do not trust any of them.

One potential tenant wanted to operate a hair salon, and she was mad at me because I did not have hair washing stations installed.

Eventually, I signed a contract with a tattoo artist.

I was shocked that using the phrase 'massage parlor' got so many nude selfies trolling for a client.

at what point does your prospective client need to make the deposit - befire screening, after screening & before making appointment, after making appointment??
if your client needs to cancel and cancels ahead of time, does he get back his deposit?
what's the latest he can cancel and get back his deposit?
