the sequester was part of the budget control act, and what does the GOP think of the budget control act? ..

We also know the Obama DOS refused to fund requested security protection for the Benghazi staff.

It was a deal; the GOP got some of what it wanted, and Obama got some of what he wanted...which of course included his Sequester cuts !

The GOP would have never come up with that dumb idea; an idea that Obama proposed, lobbied for, campaigned for with the American public, and threatened veto of any legislative changes that altered his sequestration cuts !
