I ask for a.photo on my screening form, but it is meant more for newbies than anyone else. I absolutely will not see a newbie without a photo. If your photo doesn't match, I'm not going to go bcd with you. (I require a m&g in public for anyone without recent references.)
You wont hurt my feelings going to the next girl if you dont want to go through my screening process. I have been told repeatedly, the ROS in the reviews do not come close to doing my service justice. I have no clue and to be honest don't care what they say.
I know my skill set and the responses I get from clients bcd. That means more to me personally than any review i can't read anyday. The business side knows those reviews are important and I am thankful for them. I just don't require them to stroke my ego or confidence.
The photo is a safety thing. When I first started asking for one, it was due to all the profiles being compromised and wanting to make sure the references I was getting is for the actual person I was meeting. I still will ask for on if you come across sketchy or my spidey senses go off. I send the photo to your references to make sure it is you they saw. It has saved my butt more than a few times from ending up in silver bracelets or worse.
There is one lady on here that will push you to the front of the line if you have seen her recently enough. That is Dallas Rain. I trust that lady with my very life when it comes to references.
