meant to say i check every couple hours..and reply with a couple hours..I apologize for the typos been busy week...as well as that provider response is not typical of a quality provider unless maybe she was having an off day..

I prefer initial contact via email. (Don't get me started on the definition of an "Introductory email." but I will say "Are you available?" ain't it.)

Say hello, send me your screening info. Once I check it, I mail back with something along the lines of "xxx date should be fine. Call me at 123-123-4567". This means I'm not a right now type of gal, but it works for me 99.9% of the time.

FWIW, I also delete emails daily. Just I delete the ones I have answered or am no longer "working on".
