Looks like they are banning IP address ranges to defend against the DDOS attacks which still continue. It may explain why IP addresses appear banned and then later they do not. I have received that error before, so I use a VPN server located elsewhere from the VPN server I was using. Also, it has been about 3 weeks since the last time I received an error about the security certificate. Still using Firefox on a Windows system.

The irony is that link is to your private messaging page where you have be LOGGED-IN to contact the administrator.

I use Proton VPN with Firefox, get quick connect with US based IP, get the message, accept it and log-in.
Works every time and by looking at adverts there - many of us are there without problems.

Yes, its a bit more stable lately.

As Mokoa mentions above, they are still dealing with attack issues.
Blocking IP addresses as a standard defense item.
Note that some VPNs are fine, but some VPNs are known to be used by attackers so entire strings of IPs can end up blocked.
I've been always able to get on using chrome, but mine is customized due to other reasons.

Puffin will get you in easy if you put ourhome2 escort in the search bar. The site still has the same old pricey low quality service providers if you ask me.

To many hobbyist are still paying over the top prices for looks and low quality service.

Of course to each their own and the positive to it is that the pricy prices keeps me on the side lines for meeting new providers and I’m saving big time

Enjoy be safe and don’t take your beer goggles off

the blocking is done during login.
there is a way to bypass it, you use one of the international webproxies(i use FF, you setup the proxy in setting, https://free-proxy-list.net/anonymous-proxy.html) to login (will need https on port 80 support, for most ppl). After you login, you disable the webproxy in settings. Then, you're good to go... FF now connects to OH2 directly, using current login (guess it's a cookie or whatever the modern session object is).

Of course, last time i checked, direct FF login works again.

Yes, but blocking from the server firewall/iptables, not an application. Trying to block from the application is like the proverbial closing the barn door after the horse escapes - the attacker has already consumed server/application resources.

The addresses are blocked for awhile, then allowed again, then blocked for awhile, then .... I was on earlier with FF and no vpn. Now I am blocked. If administration is trying to thwart attacks by blocking large IP blocks, then they have effectively created Denial of Service for non-attackers. Of course, we can only hypothesize.

hypothesize, that is the perfect word to describe. We all just “guess” what’s really happening, but nobody really knows. I’m always expecting oh2 to go poof, and gone, but after a week or two it works.

Intelligent life about a topic that's like watching cybertards push on a door marked "exit only" all day long!

The downside is I gained several pounds watching the wailing, whining, sturm und drang go on and eating popcorn!
