I agree with everything but the orange juice, at least in my experience OJ or grapefruit juice makes it a little acidy tasting. Fresh fruit and pineapple juice and plenty of water. No smoking please, and some medications can make it unpleasant. : )

Yes pineapple works amazingly well. It is not a myth or a rumor. Asparagus is the worst thing you could do to a woman that is going to happily let you unload in her mouth! Also low quality fish oil affects it in a negative way!

I have heard this over the years and I find pineapple way to bitter, so I'm guessing it's a rumor started by the Dole company. I prefer to make fruit smoothies by coring the pineapple, adding bananas, strawberries and honey along with protein powder, blending it and serving it from the cored pineapple.
