Good to know. I was wondering why a couple of ladies from dallas visiting houston that I was interested in seeing had their showcases taken down and switched to registered member. One of them must have shown proof of age because her showcase is back up. I thought they had already left the hobby. Glad to hear she is still around and of age.

Sex with a minor is a felony, and you have no protection against prosecution if once should get through the system. The age of consent may be 17 in Texas, but paying for sex with someone under 18 is a felony. You have no defense if the state proves that she was under 18 at the time of your session. It does not matter what she shows you or what you believed to be true. The state has the option to prosecute you anyway.
