Unlike COG, I predict that they will do it, 5-4. Once you've stolen a Presidential election by judicial putsch, why stop there?

That's assuming Justice elena Kaga doesn't recuse herself.

The only predictions I have made on this board (that I recall) are:
1. Obama won't get a 2nd term as president
2. Obamacare will be thrownout by SCOTUS.
If you know of other issues that I forecasted future on please let me know what they were.
Thanks Munchmasterman.

Spoken like a loyal (but dumb) Democratic legal wart hog; you presume that somehow Americans wouldn't have food safety, fair wages, environmental protections, etc., without Wickard..which is an absurd and stupid leap !

Actually, I disagreed with the health care recommendations she mad to then President Clinton. I was wholly unimpressed. She didn't even allow for free mammograms even so breast cancer is one of the leading causes of death in women.
Obamacare is full of compromises to the financial interests of doctors, insurance and pharma companies. Polosi negotiated a poor deal IMO. I think there should be a single payer, universal health care for anyone that wants it or cannot afford an alternative. Being poor shouldn't kill you. It shouldn't be a walk in the park, but people should not be allowed to starve, have no shelter or access to reasonable health care.

IF THEY ARE GOING TO GET ALL THOSE FREEBIES, THE POOR NEED TO GIVE SOMETHING BACK.....IN EXCHANGE FOR WELFARE, I THINK THE POOR SHOULD AGREE TO BECOME SLAVES FOR A PERIOD OF TIME LINKED TO THE BENEFITS THEY RECEIVE.......THE GOVERNMENT CAN GET THE WELFARE MONEY BACK, AND THEN SOME, BY SELLING OR RENTING OUT THE WELFARE SLAVES TO RICH PEOPLE........

W W how sure are you if Obama not getting a 2nd term??? You have some post where you say he may win, but you doubt it- so to me that's uncertainty but let me call you out on your bluff- I will make a deal- I will bank on Obama being re-elected and whoever wins the bet- the loser must deactivate his account and if you want to go a step further- the loser pays for one session of the escort of his choice? Do we have a deal???? You remind me a lot of COG who said he had some "inside" sources that told him that Rick Perry will be the next POTUS I told him many times that Perry won't beat Obama and look where Perry now stands!!!

WE, I don't think my "sources" understood how stupid Perry is. I will admit that I was wrong on that one.

It is such a bad deicision that I think the justices will look at Obamacare as an opportunity to right the wrong of Wickard.
Good bye Obamacare; Goodbye Wickard.....hello sanity.
read the Wickard case and tell me you aren't outraged !

The early word is that the Democratic legal beagles are very concerned because they know what bad law Wickard was and how crucial it is to their case !!!!!!!!

WW I am going to be the first to say Obamacare isn't perfect there's a lot of bad and there's some very good parts- but tell me what's the alternative- go back to the status quo???
WW I work in the medical field if you think everything is fine and dandy and there was no need for some sort of change than you are a bigger idiot than I thought. The Health care system is horrible- how good is your insurance WW? Prior to Obamacare if you got seriously injured or had a pre-existing condition you think the insurance company would have bend over backwards to take care of you? There have been people and I mean hard working people denied insurance coverage and ultimately died- it's not a joking matter Whirlway. I will be honest it's not the best plan- but how about fixing the bad and keep the good- I promise you the simple thing such as not denying someone with a pre-existing condition has saved a lot of lives- there's also a provision in Obamacare that when seniors go into the "donut" whole they don't go bankrupt or have to take out another loan to help pay for their meds- so there are some good- but give me the detailed alternative WW- you can't and neither can the GOP.
Also WW if this "socialized" medicine is so bad why aren't the citizens of Canada and Europe protesting? Why aren't the politicians in those countries trying to reverse their "socialized" healthcare system? Remember how you bragged about how Canad does everything right with their economy- so are they right with their Healthcare system and socialize medicine?
WW who you think pays for the avg Joe who works but can't afford Healthcare- who pays those cost when they go to the ER?
It's sad how we can spend trillions on a "fake" war that has killed literally thousands of innocent iraqis and American soldiers but we go ape shit when the POTUS wants to spend money to keep the citizens of his country healthy.
The way I look at it- if everyone "working" had access to affordable Health Care- the nation benefits and the economy actually gets stronger- the simple fact of less work days missed from being "sick" actually boost the economy- overall when people are sic and miss days accumulate production falters in one capacity or another- that's fact- so again WW give me the alternative.

Uh, WE, many Canadians hate their system, and Europe is realizing they can't afford it and are privatizing more services. Nice try.

Well at least you are honest but COG my sources tell me barring some unforseen crisis Obama gets re-elected and I honestly I would really love when there are strong candidates from both sides- but the man who I think makes the most sense and has the less baggage(Huntsman) has no chance of winning the gOP- I am sorry I am not sold on Romney-I don't think his accolades are anything to brag about- he can't deny that when he was CEO of Bain- jobs went overseas- he can't deny that RomneyCare was the blueprint for Obamacare and the fact that he flip flops around so much makes him vulnerable to scrutiny- add the fact that hes a super wealthy guy- people are not going to believe that he feels their pain- just like in 2008 when the economy was tanking and McCain didn't know how many houses he owned- how do you think an undecided hard working voter who is struggling to pay his mortgage/rent takes it when a guy is so wealthy he doesn't know how many homes he owns?
