It sounds like there's a hidden backstory that I'm unaware of - but bear in mind that in West Texas oil country - this is the equivalent of West virginia coal mining country. You're going to run into a lot of poorly educated, unskilled to low-skilled, hands on, grubby, roughshod, crude potential clients who are here because they're paid WELL for the dangerous work that they do.

Well enough that they can afford company from time to time. Being a "gentleman" is not a noun to be lightly used. One is TAUGHT to be a gentleman ... or one is not.

The same applies to ladies. A lady is a woman of superior social standing. There are very few lady providers, and they're exorbitantly expensive. Finding someone who can fake it is a nice surprise. I can't tell you how many dinner dates I've booked where I make a reservation somewhere classy, show up in a suit and tie, and she arrives in... something not appropriate.

Women can be equally crude, low-skilled, uneducated, brusque, coarse, vulgar, and catty - because a lady is as uncommon as a gentleman.

I guess my point is that while it's anyone's given right to bitch about things, if a suggestively dressed woman walks into a biker bar on $2 draft night after 3 hours of bikers hard drinking, she shouldn't be surprised if she gets pinched and poked and propositioned.

Literally all of these hobbyists do treat me with kindness and respect. My treatment is reciprocated. I’m used to dealing with mature and confident men. Not like that one that lashed out like a petty female just to boost his own poor ego. In more than one thread acting like a bully. Not only to me but to other women. That says more about him than us providers. An insecure and small man will always project unto others. He’s aware of his shortcomings and criticizing women is his way of compensating.
