I agree with doug_dfw. I have never had prostate surgery or taken Flomax. Enough kegel exercise and mind over matter has allow me to O without shooting my load and also allow me to stay hard and continue until I want to shoot.

i have just a few rules and one of them i will NEVER break is you cant leave until youre 110% satisfied with a HUGE smile on your face and drained of every last drop . I dont think thays asking too much lol

I guess in my case i would never be able to leave. lol 16 women in the last 4 months and not one POP. Although i still usually leave with a smile on my face. Maybe im just seeing the wrong women. One reason i quit backpage.
