I hate how the news said "his DNA was found on her clothing". She was the maid so it could have been some of her hair which would be his DNA. But they make it sound like it was his semen.

Actually, the DNA was found on a swatch of carpet that was cut out of the hotel room.

The maid had spat out the semen after he forced her to perform oral sex on him and the police took the carpet section to the lab for analysis which then linked him to the crime.

I found it very peculiar that his original defense was that the sex was consensual instead of claiming he had been set up.

That sounds lame from the start, but that was because he knew there was evidence linking him to the crime.

This predator deserves the longest prison term they can give him.

HBO will air a documentary on Monday which promises to shed light on how these things operate behind the scenes.

She captured a kaleidoscopic look at prosecutors strategizing, visiting a crime scene, picking jurors, solving a cold case and occasionally talking baseball in one of the nation's most prominent sex-crimes prosecution offices.
