Believe what you want. The lack of regular budgets over the last decade has degraded readiness. Accidents and mishaps have been trending up recently. If the money wasn't needed in the Defense Dept give it back to me. Both parties steal my money for unnecessary bullshit. Both parties have become tax and spend.
