I don't get the hostility towards "Blue". If you are unhappy with one or more of the sessions you've received, then target the experience with reviews. There is a lot of complaining about hype reviews from certain reviewers. We know who they are - we can ignore them and wait for credible reviews.
In fact, in terms of a "management" giving me bad experiences ranging from accepting appointments and then telling me they won't keep them or making me wait my worst experiences were not Blue but from a newer establishment in the same general area and I don't see a crowd with pitchforks and torches there.
