One Hour Appointments

I don't give my room number out until they are there and when doing an outcall I don't expect a room number until I am there. The last thing I would want is someone showing up to my door early. These guys are traveling for work mostly and sometimes are with colleagues. They are busy.

In your confirmation email/text let people know that the time starts when the time starts. A lot of us girls do things differently.

I need to check, but I seem to recall you said you only do this for fun, not the money. So why are you doing 1 hr appointments and booking back to back? Seems like a lot of work if you are not doing it for the money.

As somebody who has had countless:

- I'll be there in a few minutes
- I'm just leaving
- I'm almost there
- I'm just waiting for my sister to bring back the car, it will be a few minutes
- I'm about to leave work
- I'm almost finished getting my hair done
- My nails are almost finished
- I've just got to get one more thing at the mall

followed by 2 to 24 hours silence, I am not very tolerant of females complaining about male time keeping.

Jeez, a woman EXPECTS to be 20 minutes late to any appointment, time keeping is for wimps.

Did you have a bad day yesterday sweetie? Someone late and you send out a blast to all of us? That's okay but just remember this is a two way street. If I blasted out every time a provider didn't respond to "I'm in the parking lot" or "I'm in the lobby" and made me wait 10-15 minutes I'd get flamed like crazy.
So, take a breath and realize that in my world, my time starts when you see my smiling face. +/- 5-10 minutes.

With my incall I txt when I arrive which is 15 min prior to appt. Havent had any problems. But I would prefer they have a phone. That emailing me when they get there gets on my nerves at times.

If I expect my guys to have good hygiene then I hold myself to the same standards.
I take care of a younger kid and when I have to pick them up from school, I can't be late
I don't back to back. Never have, never will.
I'm also not 50lbs over weight asshole.

I am a very punctual person, so I don't make my clients wait.
So I'm going to post about how fucking annoying it is to be waiting 30 mins.
Yes, neither should be late, but if I can't make it on time and know I can't, I won't take the appt.
So, that being said, I didn't call anyone out, I was just letting you know, that us who have real world jobs and lives, don't have the extra 30 minutes.

Ok, the 13 year old may not be yours, may be a nephew/niece/brother/sister/godson/goddaughter.

I agree with all the above statements. The time starts when you arrive to the room.

In your original post you stated that if you wait 30 minutes for him, then he has lost 30 minutes of his appointment time and now he has to pay for your hour, however you are only staying 30 minutes, not only are you setting yourself up for bad reviews with your policy (because remember the customer is always right and while there is merit to what you are saying, we are still in a service driven industry) but instead of waiting 30 minutes what you should be doing, is NOT WAITING for 30 minutes.

If you are suppose to be there by 10am and he still has not given you the room number by 10:10am ... you tell him you are waiting 5 more minutes and then leaving. It's that simple. Just like any business you must set guidelines for your business and you must adhere to those guidelines for every single client.

I find my most annoying appointments are always the ones where I broke one of myself-imposed-guidelines AKA my golden rules.
