the company sells over 500,000 duck calls a year, some cost as much as $190.00 down to $20.00 .. coupled with all of their other business ventures the family is worth over $80 million dollars ... the tv show nets them $200,000 per episode ... I suspect they don't really care about being on television all that much.

Oh yeah, they care about TV, just not the channel they are on now. TV is what popularized their brand, and so now most of their $ comes from logo apparel and such. They could quit making calls and never know the difference.

Never understood how their gimmick was "Arts and Entertainment." They will end up on Country Music Television and keep raking it in.
