I think it started with Nixon's impeachment, but that's as far back as my memory goes.

I wasn't around for the Civil rights movement ir the Vietnam war....two volatile issues that split this country.

Maybe social media is the real escalation point.

I have friends that take this political shit as life and death!

Oh, I think it goes back even further than that.

Back to the earliest cultures. Just 2 centuries ago we had The Burr v Hamilton dual.
Regardless, politics is very petty. Like here.

A dual that's interesting. Maybe that's the way we should elect presidents. Instead of using firearms maybe a Boxing match between the candidates. It would eliminate Voter Fraud thats for sure. The following is a simulation between Trump and Biden. This is what Democracy should be, lol.

So, who called the election too early for Palin?

Republicans get 60% of the vote and dems get the seat. Reminds me of Trump vs Biden.

False. Sarah got 85K and Peltola got 91K. The larger number won. Even if you only take the initial primary vote, Peltola got 70K and Palin got 57. See the person with the most votes won. That’s how elections should work.

You clearly do since I showed you the numbers.

Voters vote for people, not parties. Louisiana is a perfect example. In two statewide elections republicans voted for the democrat governor rather than the Republican candidate.

Clearly people didn’t want Palin regardless of the R by her name.

Pathological Election deniers are a threat to our democracy.

I think of 81 million who would rather see anyone except Trump.
