I have lost almost 100 lbs with a simple diet I found on the net(I don't Know where). Two days a week, Like Tuesday and Friday or any two days, separated by at least 2 days, you eat only 500 calories. The other 5 days you eat whatever your normal diet is. This takes about 1500 calories a day out of your consumption. That is a pound. I started it and it was not the terrible starving yourself for weeks on end, Just two days a week. Then back to your normal diet. After I had lost 10 pounds, I thought "Self" why don't I do this 3 days a week, The day of the week changes each week so you are not stuck in that terrible "not another day of diet". eventually you find yourself liking it more and more and changing your diet on the other days so you don't gain back what you lost. Keep going and change your eating habits. If you fall off the wagon, you know you have done it before, so just get back on and keep going. Unless you have a special medical condition, I don't think your doctor will object to the diet. HMFICDICK

I have been on the med for little over a week- I don't like the way it makes me feel but I lost 3 lbs- not a lot but a start- I see my doctor next month so will wait on his evaluation.
