Like a cargo door to replace the " normal " door for when Shrillary flies on it ? NASA has a plane already to go ! They call it the Guppy and it's used to fly oversized parts for their rockets and such. It might need to be retro fitted with some JATO rockets to get off the ground with Miz Piggy, but they can stuff her in to it !
